The rustproofing process
The process begins with the vehicle being under-wash and left to dry before the rustproofing chemical is applied. This requires no drilling or removal of trim, and only requires one application. Any existing rust is neutralised, preventing further spread. The underbody protection treatment is a special sealant which we apply to the underside floor pan, seams, wheel arches and all non moving parts. The sealant keeps out water, moisture, salt and dust. It will also reduce road noise.
How long does it take?
The full rust proofing process takes approx 1 hour, and the drying time ranges from two to three hours depending on the weather condition.
Will the rustproofing drip in my driveway or garage when I'm parked?
The rustproofing product that we use is drip less. You will not see any of this product being messy or dripping wherever you park. Our product hardens and drys to your vehicle giving it a protective finish. Unlike the oil spray, this is higher quality and a better guarantee.
